We are running grey area on this and in most of the case I don't honour warranty for for people using their battery that which failed because of improper battery tendering process, but I still can help out which it would take longer time to claim and the chances is 50% only.

If you get the battery with charger, it would be much easier.

We have charger w/ 4AA (item G), do not have charger w/ 4AAA.

If you want 4AAA with charger you have to get Item G + Item D (4AAA).
