Hi lazada experts, I have some questions regarding to discount offered by banks while purchasing with credit card..

1.This kind of discount will apply immediately while checkout and confirm the purchase or only discount after the pruchase (that means discount only view on bank statement)?

2. Did lazada mention on max discount amount? I cannot find any information regarding to actual max discount amount since those bank mentioned discount rate only (e.g Maybank 10%)

Does anyone faced this issue before? I successfully pruchased an item but when I go back and check for my order status, I'm unable to view my product details? Does this mean the seller no longer sell it and cancel my order?
