guys i'm in the middle of returning an item. what else should i include in the return package apart from the return form? from lazada site:

    1.Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc)
(need to include the original tax invoice that given by merchant?)

    2.Bank details in Return Form if original payment is made via iPay88 or Cash-on-Delivery
(i dun see any part asking to fill in bank details oso... )

    3.Include printed Return Form and Lazada Tax Invoice in each return package box
(already printed)
    4.Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
(fill already in online form)

yea.. agreed. vouchers are getting lesser and lesser. and also glitch shouldn't be abused by some resellers just to make profit for themselves. there are genuine buyers like us who wants to get things for ourself. it's when a glitch is abused it will be detected fast i guess.

they lost two of my shipments (LEX and then TAQUBIN) and i called them tons of times and complain kao kao and then they give me loh. but nothing really to buy so found something RM25 which i think is ok. if i buy it and use the RM30 voucher will go through right? wont be any error because like negative or anythign. voucher is SORRYXXXX even RM30 i still feel quite pissed... sorry my a$$

Nice logic, but the trade off between vendor should be xxx person item per commission. Assuming Rm30 off purchase per user.
A user bought rm3k iphone with 1000 off. 1000/30 = That is already like 33 user commission lost

Hey guys I made an order of RM2.5k last sunday and cancelled on the morning of monday(before the item was shipped). Even after doing so,Lazada shipped my item. Naturally,I called them up to inform them of their logistical error and they responded by assuring the order had been cancelled and they'd proceed with the refund as soon as possible.
However,they haven't sent me a confirmation refund email of the item I requested a refund for albeit displaying "cancellation initiated" on Lazada.
Should i escalate things even further? if so,how? Or should I just sit tight and wait because lazada refunds normally take a week or two to reflect.
Advice is greatly appreciated :3
