Just received remax 4 usb port. It can charge my redmi note 2, xiaomi pb , tablet huawei ..but cannot charge lenovo hp..

Hi, lately I can't proceed payment via ipay88 through cimb.
I escalated this problem to their CS but they said they don't have this kind of problem. Tried uninstall app but still happens today. Help? |
