anybody lost his/her card before and managed to get waiver for replacement fee?

anyone facing issues using this card on payonline since yesterday?
got tac, entered ok, managed to complete the transaction, but there hasnt been any email from payonline since then. paid another bill much later with another card, and received the confirmation email from payonline in 10 minutes. when i checked pbebank, there is no hold amount against the credit limit.
