Autobilling will not get cash back.

I understand that the cash back is based on Posting Date, so shouldn't we start spending on Monday itself?

Besides using PosOnline, is there any other website that can pay KL Cukai Tanah/Quit Rent to receive cb ?
Uobpayonline cannot find payee, M2U other card don't allowed to pay this. |

Yes it should be.
PB VS is quite lenient, as long as you receive TAC code to proceed then usually will consider as internet transaction.
