Its very challenging to complain to BNM if your loan or card application is rejected. BNM will only step in if you are an existing customer with no default but suddenly your facilities was cancelled without good reason.
Else if Banks force to approve facilities and NPLS go up, Banks will ask BNM for compensation.
Just my opinion, u can try to complain
