QUOTE(loty @ Dec 29 2015, 11:00 AM) Hi, The new term is already known. Stated at the second paragraph but yeah, previous terms should be removed.I just called the Public Bank customer service. It seems now the term and condition has changed for the plaza premium lounge access. 3X Complimentary Access to Plaza Premium Lounge Malaysia Enjoy the comfort and convenience of an airport lounge regardless of class of travel or airline. Comfortable seating, recharging stations, food and beverages, high speed Wi-Fi, internet workstations, shower rooms and baggage handling are few of the services offered. Before July 2015 Complimentary with a minimum of 5 overseas transactions within 30 days before and/or after each lounge access. After 2015 Complimentary with no conditions! ^ on this issue..when CS told me that they gonna end the separate quota for supp card, I said, then they should link supp cards to principal portal once that happen. So I suggest everyone to start sending this feedback to them too.

QUOTE(??!! @ Dec 29 2015, 02:16 PM) Maybe do this after the stop the separate quota? Yup, from what I gathered it is their IT system limitation. My principal and supp dates are the same Am thinking how they will calculate the quota if the supp card statement dates are diff from that of principal card. Maybe have to change all dates to synchronize? |

QUOTE(ftan @ Dec 29 2015, 02:39 PM) Wow. So, I may have gotten the run around as well with different explanations? I did call CS few months back and was asked to go to branch. Only managed to do so today. Not only HLB connects, most other portals are the same.Haven't registered. Need to wait till 7pm for pin to be active. The pin is valid for 30 days. I'm thinking to register tomorrow instead during work hours. One thing to note is I haven't had any internet banking with pbb before. Off topic, hlb connect is good. Able to register on my own after getting the atm pin. Can immediately see my existing FDs. Even the one I placed today. Not bad. |

QUOTE(??!! @ Dec 30 2015, 11:33 PM) Called CS today again re ebanking for supp card holder with separate statement. but still cannot combine rightAnswer: Only possible if supp card holder has pbb saving/current acc to create internet banking. ie. supp card holder per se not deemed as PBB account holder so tak boleh create internet account. Principal card holders do not need CASA in PBB to create account. |

QUOTE(??!! @ Dec 30 2015, 11:43 PM) If statement are separate for Prin & supp...tak boleh add the supp card to the e-banking acct of the principle card. So when they remove the separate quota, we should press for the bank to merge both statements and combine the portal. Based on logic, we are getting separate quota because of separate statement. So if in future supp share the same quota, they should be able to merge it also. Else takkan they will calculate the rebate manually.Only way is for supp card holder to apply for CASA...then supp card holder can add supp card to the ebanking acct created using the CASA acct. leceh betul . |

QUOTE(??!! @ Dec 31 2015, 12:05 AM) If u don't need your supp card to have a separate statement, u can request to have them in one statement/acct. transactions for supp card are categorised separately , but in the same statement. merging account as in merging online portal account. Is this what you meant by "merging" the accounts? |

QUOTE(guy3288 @ Dec 31 2015, 09:35 AM) actually i dont understand why u guys are so hard up on gettingĀ pbe access for supp cards. If use pbe to do payment, no CB what, what for use pbe? yes this is important to me..and others whose supp holder may not be in constant contactAll online payments can be done elsewhere (uobpayonline etc..) no need PBe access. 2 of my supp cards got pbe, yeah must go personally to branch . only benefit isĀ can see online your transactions, that is all. if no access to pbe online, still can keep tract of the transactions done what. that is what i did for my other supps who have no time to go bank open pbe.
