Guys, have you received your CC statement? Mine is on the 11th and I have yet to receive it. This is my first statement

there is no paper nor eStatement that will be sent to you
you'll have to retrieve the statement online.

Mine paper statement.. already received for january. february havent.

I have received my e-statement for Feb. You may need to wait for Mar statement because my first statement was a full statement month cycle 11th to 11th plus the days before the first month's 11th.

For eg. if your card was approved in 1 Feb 2016, you will receive your statement in Mar for the period of 1 Feb - 11 Feb - 11 Mar.

This is weird - am i the only one who is not getting statement both electronic and physical forms?

My principal statement downloaded frm portal, supp delivered by post

my principal & supp cards also faced the same "delay" for the 1st bill.. they will only send upon 1 full cycle..

anyhow, you can always call up CS to check..

Maybe your browser is blocking the pop-up windows. Need to allow that.

My card was approved in December, so I thought I would get it by 11th Feb. Will call them and check. Thanks

I think yorkhan is asking about Posonline and Laymank is replying for Payonline.

I think few forummer having issue for Posonline. But if u don't even receive TAC, then u gonna check whether ur phone number is registered.

it just shows "Please do not click back or reenter and please check the history."


mine is allow pop up for all.

this is what i get... then : If you did not get any update on your transaction, please click menu View Transaction History.
Then click the related Trans ID and click button Get Status in order to retrieve the transaction status.


after that i click history, it shows pending.. then i click update, it shows unsuccessful.

But normally u need to key in TAC after the screenshot u show if I rmb correctly. I paid my cukai taksiran via Payonline. IWK I paid in December, it is ok..

yeahlo.. that what i thought... i tried like 20 times,,, all didnt pop up the tac

UPDATE*finally done!! i keyed in the expiry date of the credit card wrong... its YYMM.... i keyed in MMYY.

You only have 2 choices. Earn 100k SGD a year or pledge RM 30k+

I have an answer after calling the CS. Apparently, you have to link your card to the estatement via your online banking. Once you have linked your card, you can download the estatement (from next statement onwards)

you both discovered the same issue.

yeah, this posonline is poorly-designed especially the expiry date format is unconventional (YYMM).

PBB doesn't email the statement out?
