Just sharing, the bank management is getting stricter in appeal cases. Previously I managed to appeal for dining CB at overseas location even though different MCC. Recently, my appeal is rejected even though it is a clear cut dining location. Out of my 6 swipes, only 2 have the dining MCC. So they are strictly following the MCC now, which is okay since that is the T&C anyway.
On a side note, PBB CS remains one of the best in the industry. They appealed on my behalf twice and offered to appeal for the third time. I declined as they have tried their best. |
