since it starts on 15th, maybe midnight or tomorrow only will be published..i still recall last time their CS was surprise on how come I registered for a contest even without it being published yet (thanks to lowyat). I had to re-register.

Not sure is uobpayonline or PB visa prob.. I cant' seems receive OneTimePassword (OTP) on time. It only sent to my phone 4-5 hours later.

How about oversea dining or online transaction at websites outside of malaysia/foreign currency ?

Valid till they change their TnC.... which they have the right to do anytime, though they should/will inform/contact you... or publish on their web-site/log in online account...
