Hi all. Am trying to pay IWK using posonline. I have put 2 IWK bills to be paid together. After keying in my card details, there is no normal online status like other online channels and no TAC code.

When I click on history, the reason mentioned is unsuccessful transaction.

Is there any reason posonline doesnt allow PB card?

I want to ask that if Today, I swipe rm250 at giant and rm480 at tesco and rm470 at aeon supermarket, can I entitled for Ang pow rm88?
Or must swipe rm888 in one transition to entitled Ang pow rm88?

I call cs to set my sims notifications when I swipe my credit card for any amount.
The cs say cannot. Is that true?
My other bank can set for me. Onli this bank cannot.
So what can I do to set it to rm1 transition oso can get sums?

Good to know that it can be set to RM1.00. When I first started using the card, CS didn't allow me to do so and by default it was RM500. Maybe I should try and call them to try this.

hold your horses on canceling CIMB CR / UOB VOX.

Because the PBB VS is easily exceeded its monthly cap, you might still want to keep the 2 cards as alternatives.

Just came back from outstation yday night and opened up the supposingly PB VS envelope but to my utmost disappointment, PB actually sent me a visa platinum. Called their customer service and was told this is the maximum they can offer me. Cancelled the card immediately and told the CS off nicely for sending me a card which I did not applied for.

Is it possible for me to lodge a complain to BNM? I went thru their application form which I filled up and it was not stated anywhere that the bank can issue the next suitable card shall the applied card is not applied. Somemore send me sms said your card application is approved. Seriously just reject my application la, why in the world I need another useless platinum card

Maybank had no issue giving me a signature. Since PB doesnt' want my business then i'll go somewhere else

Bank directly. I emailed the bank directly this morning to express my dissastifaction and they actually called me back but I wasn't able to answer the call.

its seems like the hardcopy statement does not state the transactions' category now.

Just called CS. If I buy the airline tickets and travel with my family, we are all covered. If I'm not travelling with them but purchase the air tickets, then they are not covered. For supp card holders, if they purchase and travel, then they are covered.
