didi anyone know normally pb take how many days to approve the card for online and email in application?

I call the hotline automated system, status is in process.

I think need around 1 month plus to get the card from the day you apply till the day you get the card.

wow! public bank takes so long to process the card?

im intend to take advantage of the 0% 6 months balance transfer promotion that will end by 30 june 2016

yes.. last time (half year ago) I apply took about 1 month. I think there are few others that get their after 1 month... not sure if they process the card faster now.

gotten "1st" statement, after 6 weeks since activation.

as expected, max cashback only RM50.

sent a complaint to PBB to dispute their cashback calculation because they dont generate 1st statement for partial month (only happens to new user).

Another way to "workaround" this issue is to change statement date on first statement or first two statements.

Did that and got myself two RM50 cashback in less than 50 days. smile.gif

Received sms on 28May my Islamic visa platinum application is approved. Sms stated takes 1 to 3days for delivery but until now still not received.
Normally how long u received the card after approval?

I received SMS (my wife as well as supp) last week but no receipt yet.

As the SMS doesn't mention any details, I wanna ask here, if I have already clicked 'add card' (itchy finger and didn't know what it does) on PBB online banking is there any danger? I thought maybe it'll ask for some verification code but nothing at all....
