Last time they called me before issue me the plat, i insist visa signature. Was asked to email them the income tax receipt n passed.

even HNW person, bank still do risk assessment. If they apply PBB VS, the risk is low and they will approve it.

if HNW person apply 1mil loan, like u said bank will keep approach them, how about 20mil, 50mil? Bank will do risk assessment.
