is that really staff from digi or some1 claim to be digi to ask you for payment.
for digi, it happen once, but after making noise to them, they admit that that is technical error, as such, they apologies and revert the status.
but from fren, do happen, some1 claim to be the company staff try to cheat the money, saying there is o/s bill.
digi so efficient to bar customer who do not pay.
but for customer who pay on time, no reward to customer also........
anyone has this problem?, bugging Digi
