anyone has this problem?, bugging Digi

hi guys anyone has this problem? My friend MNP from Maxis to Digi few years ago He call me yesterday and told me that Digi has been bugging him and calling him saying there is a payment of RM30.00 So he told them that he will pay today because he was outstation.but then they say within 24 hrs if not it will be barred. so he ask me to settle his payment and say RM30 also chase me like hell..... So my question is as above,anyone has this problem? please share and give some advice on what to do?

Has been with Digi all my mobile life and 1.5 years back, switched to their corporate plan. 2 weeks back, they started calling to say that I owed them RM22. Checked my bills and there were no outstanding amounts. So I called the helpline and found out that this RM22 dated back 1.5 years ago. Told the CS that Digi should just void the outstanding amount because it has been 1.5 years and they had every chance to inform me of this outstanding amount all this while as my number remains the same, but they did not. The CS called back the following day to say that the charges have been waived.

Go to center, ask for itemize statement of that RM30 and pay. RM30, not worth the time to challenge this further. If you feel something is wrong challenge it later with the statement.

last month i dont paid 2 month broadband 85 bill. I see credit limit is RM300 so RM100 something should be no problem The line barred at next billing cycle day and no one call me  I paid just 1 montn and line back again  Sorry to hear digi call your friends just for RM30

is that really staff from digi or some1 claim to be digi to ask you for payment.
for digi, it happen once, but after making noise to them, they admit that that is technical error, as such, they apologies and revert the status.
but from fren, do happen, some1 claim to be the company staff try to cheat the money, saying there is o/s bill.
digi so efficient to bar customer who do not pay. but for customer who pay on time, no reward to customer also........
