Games sc-rumble, rumble?

i bought a sc-rumble and it turns out to be ok.but one things that bothers me. it never rumble, i dunno what the problem is, even though that my retailer said that it only rumble for certain games.
am i missing something? |

not yet.but had dwload it. do u know if there is any software should be installed to make it rumble?
