Recently i had a very bad experience servicing my car (Kancil). Due to my nearly zero knowledge in cars, I have to bear a hefty cost for current service plus additional headache that the workshop has caused me. They claim to fix my problem here but now my car is having high temperature problem and i cannot take back my car from the workshop. I would like to know, how can i start to learn more about my car? Although i know that troubleshooting car's problem is not as easy as simple as the computer, but at least i would like to have a knowledege to pin point certain problems should anything arises.

The best they could do after messing up and not knowing how to fix it back was just to say that my car is old.
