US ver need to wait for at least 1 year after the Jap launch.
IF they decided to port it over See how far apart between DQ5 Jpn and DQ5 US? it'll be a longer wait if there's lots of jpn voice over in the game |

if you made a mistake half way through the game without 2nd save game, you're screwed. |
