The Wii doesnt "magically" appear out of Japan onto their display counter. It goes through shipping ($$$$$), insurances ($$$$$), customs tax ($$$$$) and company profit ($$$$$$). You can eliminate all that if you live either in Japan or US and get it there yourself, but the process of getting it here is not free of charge. Wanting a Wii at that price is nonsense. I know we all hope for the cheapest, but reality is, we live here in Malaysia, not those countries. DEAL with it!
