Limited availability around the KL & PJ area. Last time I check, the price for the Wii is now at RM 2k (the console with Wii sports) in most shopping malls. When compared to other countries like Aus, the price is nearly double the original

You could try ordering from Australia. The price there is about the same as the USD retail. There will be shipping and handling costs but in the long run, It would be cheaper than buying locally
