My review of the product,
Pro
1. Since it is washable, I washed it before I start use it. The mousepad doesn't feel abnormal after dry. (some mousepad's skin will be peeling when it touch water)
2. Soft texture on the surface, good for gaming or long working hours work.
3. rubber grid bottom to avoid the mousepad slip.

Con
1. Rubber smell (well usually new stuff [especially when it made with rubber] having this kind of issue)

Overall the product is good and seller is friendly to entertain you, don't blame for long time of product arrival since the it is shipping from China.
Consider myself lucky that get the product within 2 weeks.
