I have one laptop currently running at Window 7 Pro 32bit, possible for me to upgrade Window 10 Pro 32bit and then
to Window 10 Pro 64 bit for free?

32bit and 64bit are totally different. You can only upgrade from Windows 7 Pro 32bit to Windows 10 Pro 32bit. You need to buy a license for Windows 10 64bit.

no, you can upgrade win 7 32bit to win 10 64bit, done mine

only thing you have to upgrade to win 10 32bit first, activate the key automatically, then download and install FRESH the win 10 64bit, your system will remain activated after installation

I got mine windows 7 32 bit. I just already upgrade to windows 10 64 bit.

 

Change to:
