looking at the redemption chart of enrich, it use zone instead of revenue. why?

Make sure the seat purchased is eligible for upgrade too.
Usually upgradeable seats are not cheap.

You cannot upgrade a redemption y ticket....

You much buy cash a y ticket for upgrade, and make sure it's a upgradable sub-class....not all y tickets are upgradable....

Enrich is still good, only if you want to redeem economy, and only if they fly to where you want to go (pretty limited routes). Business class redemption is terrible value.
