Mind is abnormal then. As i redeem on 5thJan after 2 days it still in process and after feedback to Grab team they reversed the 1400 points back to me on 8Jan. Till today still not see the reward available for redemption back to my account

Correct me if I'm wrong. Grabpay reward are 9 points for rm1 spent. and KF redemption is 1400 rewards for 160KF.

That works out to be 1.03 miles/RM1 which is better than M2P
(rm155 spent = 160KF)

as per my understanding, SG card 1miles = 1 airlimes
of course when you redeem, need to pay certain fee

for MY cards RM3 = 1 citimiles … not sure how much will get to convert to airlines , I don't recall I redeem before.
