There is an alternative to Orb service which streams your media from your home PC to all forms of devices. I have tried albeit rather sucessfully streaming Divx files, photos and mp3 from My PC/Laptop using TVersity program free of the net.TVersity
There is a step by step instruction as to how to view streaming media files on the Wii.One thing to note is that,it requires you to install Wii Internet Channel(Opera based web browser).
The upside of this program is that you use your home network to stream media,wired/wirelessly and if needed from the internet. The great thing is you don't need the internet just to view your own media files.
The downside Opera uses Flash 7,so video quality is of YouTube 400x300 pixels like watching TV/Astro.Unless you have a high performance system as your server and fast LAN/WiFI g! you ram up the resolution:cool2:

You have to go to the Wii Shop Channel to download it, from your Wii itself. As far as I know, Orb can accept streaming video from your PC, but that's it.

Have Wii moded,US Version, due to tax law in the US credit card transfer is taxable/so a bill has to sent to you. As a result if you wanted to buy Wii points online change your Wii country setting to Brazil.Update the WiiConnect24,agree on the Agreement/Licence and purchace your Wii points using Mastercard Or Visa
Really love surfing using the Wii,will post about compatible wired/wireless keyboard that could be hooked up via Wii USB2.0 ports next.

Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii, my set can connect to interner already. don't know why but easily connected and without disconnecting streamyx. Thanks to all for your help.
Fuuny thing about my set, initially can't play games and connect to internet, now working flawlessly, guess it need to warm up, hahaha. Also i have upgraded my Wii via internet.
I know can buy Wii point via CC by setting to Brazil, but i just want to know where can buy Wii point here in Malaysia and how much more extra got to pay. Can i also ask my sis in the US to buy Wii points and sent me code like we buy prepaid card here?
