QUOTE(stringfellow @ Dec 14 2006, 01:07 PM) Well, no worries if you broke your Sensor Bar, the " 2 candles as sensor bar " tricks makes the sensor bar a thing in the past. Any 2 light sources placed at the edges of the TV will act as a sensor for that matter. you can also use ur tv remote control.. or dvd player, vcr player, and the list goes on and on.. |

All About Nintendo Wii
The Nintendo Wii is the 7th generation console released by Nintendo. It has considerably lesser graphical juice compared to XBOX 360 and the Sony PS3 but aims to capture the fun of gaming through the games and creative use of both its motion sensor controller - the WiiMote and Nunchuk. Currently, there is 3 version of the consoles, NSTC/UC, NSTC/JP and PAL. The games are region locked so becareful which version you buy. There are rumours of an Asian release but no updates on that yet. The SRP for the Wii in other countries are US$250, A$400 and 25000 Yen. In Malaysia, the price can range from RM1,700 to RM2,000. The Wii is Wifi-enabled where you can shop via the WiiShop or connect to friends via WiiConnect24. It is also able to connect wirelessly with your Nintendo DS but at launch, this feature is still being worked on. Bundles Bundle A 1. Wii 2. Wiimote 3. Nunchuk 4. Stepdown adapter 5. Wii Sports 6. I saw in a shop near mid valley there's a shop next to the food court selling wiis...
Good- -It includes rampage + Wii sports + Wii & controllers [wiimote & Nunchuck] -Only RM1800 -Not too far away Bad- -The only game they give with it [Other than Wii Sports] is RAMPAGE.... -Rampage isn't one of the games that wil be WAY more fun on the Wii... than PS2 Basically pretty good deal.... but if u want to enjoy it get it then go out and get a new Wii game...=P Then again...sum ppl like rampage so if u r one of those ppl.... Then, it's the perfect deal This post has been edited by -Nintedo Wii-: Dec 14 2006, 02:55 PM |

Once upon a time, Gamers Hideout, TNL and Imbi Mario all offered the same package. For slightly above RM2000?
Now, no more. Probably due to high demand and low supply. |

QUOTE(signither @ Dec 14 2006, 01:07 PM) Do you even know what im talking about? SEnsor bars can be replaced by placing two light sources at a distance between each other. The Wiimote then detects these and calibrates itself as the two light sources now acts as the edges of the TV screen. |
