Rampage IV Extreme, Need some help

Hi I've overclocked my 3960x to 4.8 by adjusting the multiplier to 48 per core and voltage to 1.3v. Ran stress test and all stable. However the CPU seems to run at its full speed all the time. What setting do I missed in order to get it to run like stock but ramp up to 4.8ghz under load?

Seems like cpuz is a bit lagging. Core temp works fine in showing the fluctuates speed and voltage while as cpuz is only showing constant 1.32v which is the voltage I set in bios. Is that normal? |
