I have two right now that I alternate, would like to get more ideas. The more filling it is, the better.

1) Peanut butter Banana sandwich

1 spoon peanut butter (no-sugar added version) + 1 sliced banana + 2 wholemeal bread

Satiety level: High, can last until lunch

2) Overnight oats with chia seeds

1/2 cup oats (not the instant one) soaked in 1 cup low-fat milk + 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds. Place overnight in fridge to eat next morning. Sometimes add cranberry bits or dark choco bits for flavor

Satiety level: Mid-to-high, get munchies just before lunch

Any other ideas to add? What is your go-to healthy breakfast?

Yum, Thats my kind of breakfast!

I try to do a variety of omelettes. My favourite is the one with spinach & mushroom with feta.

Also rolled oats with almond flakes and banana & strawberries with a dash of milk plus a slice of sourdough with 1/4 avocado mash.

I've discovered blending oats to make a flour and using the to make varieties of pancakes. With 100% Maple syrup & blueberries.

1 cup coffee, with milk and no sugar.
