why would you bother to put it in the first place? does your pc stink? i mean manufacturers has advice users not to use solvents or any chemical component to clean pc.

theoretically, i think the perfume reacts with the dust resulting in pungent smell.

I'm using Perfumes to clean up my processor IHS and the heatsink base to clear up all the particles, as perfumes has alcohol... laugh.gif

Same theory with Arctic Cleaner i guess..

well i do agree it does contain alcohol, but relatively different proportion. i would choose to use those alcohol solution used to clean electronics. don't really wanna mess or spoil the component

Yup....,it's true that perfumes have a certain alcohol content....,by why not just use plain old alcohol or zippo?......(unless ofcourse you're stealing ya gf's perfume because if you are....,then way to go.....) tongue.gif
