When the 2nd bill came at 7th December, no rebate at all for my bill. And I decided to follow up with them
On 9th December 2015 : I went to Maxis KL Sentral and ask them about this. They said that this is the problem with Maxis so they opened a case for me (Case # C17127667) and asked me to wait for 1 week.
On 19th December 2015 : I called Maxis Customer Center and ask about my case. They throw the ball to the dealer which is Maxis KL Sentral saying that the dealer didn't submit any rebate request for my account. Again they open another case for me (Case # C17164633) and ask me to wait for few days
I feel like cheated by those Maxis sales-person, sounds like the never submit bill rebate for my account as promised. And I believe if I never make noise about my rebate to them, they will just forget about it and move on
