even if the brake pad is worn out or bad brake disc surface, it wouldn't be enough to cause the steering shake at 90km/h.

it's either alignment/balancing problem

if the problem still persist, it could be the rims dented, or the tyre is 'bloating' (due to overpressure)

if the whole car is shaking, probably there's not enough fuel supply at higher rpm... so the engine is jerking.
