Im having an FnB business in Genting Klang area and willing to let go at reasonable price.
Currently tied up with new work with constant travelling and not much time to take care of the business.

The net profit percentage is based on monthly revenue.
Meaning the returns are 5-13% of your monthly sales and not based on the initial setup cost.
