I am a supplementary user under my father's name. I would like have a nano sim for my new phone.
My dad will be overseas until mid of January and I would really like to use my new phone now.
Will the verification below be sufficient?

1. Father's new IC number
2. Proof of staying at the same house using same address (IC/water bill/internet bill)
3. Know my father's (main line) number and knows at least other 4 more supplementary line numbers.
4. Proof that i have a working micro sim which I want it to be replaced with nano sim.
