Hello!!

I started learning piano when I was 6. When I was in Primary 6 I decided to pause due to UPSR until now 30yr old, quite long. sad.gif
When i was little , i do not understand why my parent want me to learn piano whereas my friends they all no need.
At that time, i'm not appreciate and enjoy the moment of learning piano.
But now, when i getting old...i found ya flex.gif i really different with them. I luv music, drool.gif

When i getting older, alot of commitment. Especially $$$
Beside continued learn my piano, untill certain grade...can i being a part time piano teacher too???
So i can enjoy playing piano and earn some additional income??

Any advise???

Your advise highly appreciate!! thumbup.gif

It's possible learning piano at your age, I have even older students
If you need to look for teacher, kindly pm me...

Teaching is not an easy thing, music centre usually requests at least grade 8 to be a teacher, so if you are aiming to reach grade 8 you can consider doing it as part time job. When you reach certain stage, you don't teach for a living only, you do it for passion

I can say i virtually passed Grade 1 because i in order to make my son pratice, i have to learn all the Grade 1 exam songs and guide him...LOL.

Now i have to learn grade 2 songs....sad.gif

All I actually want is to play Coldplay, Imagine Dragons etc!!!! doh.gif

I'm 28 and started piano a year ago and now able to play some intermediate songs now. I suggest to start slowly and establish a routine to practice daily and you'll able to play those songs in no time smile.gif
