Folks, please give some insight on the pricing.

I got quoted for RM9/sqft (installation inclusive) from Robina for lamination flooring (EL11) which includes stairs and skirting. Is it reasonable?

The product comes with AC4 which is one level lower than than the AC5. I was wondering if its durable enough for regular traffic with 3-4 people in the house.
