First 4 episodes was superb.
After that was ok.
Final 2 episodes was like WTH.

I think if they stretch it to 13 ep and end it nicely would be better. My enjoyment factor gets lower and lower towards the end. Not a steep drop but it's much lowered.

I feel that one could just watch from Ep 1 to Ep 4 and end it there. No different from watching to the final, in fact 1 to 4 more enjoyable.

Very beautiful ending, although everything happened so fast and short
You will be missed Mumei chan TvT
(Biba does still has a kind soul inside his heart...)

The first half is amazing but second half disappoints me. Biba's addition ruins the whole arc for me. I don't need a villain, they could've just explored the origin of the virus or maintain the survival arc, that alone, as shown in the first half is enough to keep audience in awe. But no, they have to add in a cliched egoistic villain and make Mumei a damsel in distress at the end as an excuse for Ikoma to save her. I'm also not that happy that Ikoma somehow miraculously survives the black blood infection after all the force he exerted. There has to be heavy consequence to that and again, happy ending for all.

This began as a promising anime this season but a letdown at the end. While I'm glad we may have 2nd season, I hope they explore unanswered things because I sure am not satisfied with how they just leave things....conveniently.

this movie story plot same as walking dead series......instead of focusing virus, etc, focus on Human vs human.

Exactly what I feel. The excitement gradually fades away with each episodes.

It's happy ending but my excitement from first 4 episodes just doesn't match the overall feel of the show.

Episode 5 onwards no epic fight scenes, story a bit messy, the main character (so unmemorable that I don't remember his name). Ikoma? Ah yes, took me some time thinking through the list of characters in my database.

End up it's a bit like Attack on Titan.

Large monster? Check
Large wall defending city? Check
Large monster takes down large wall? Check

No doubt each episode makes you look forward to the next but it just goes down down down. I don't recall any point from Episode 5 to ending having a high point. It's downward, albeit a gentle decline but one that's declining.
