Indah water, never receive bill

Hi all,
Last year, i bought an apartment from developer. Until today, i have not receive any bill from Indah Water. When i check with one of my neighbour, he did receive the bill. Do you think I need to check with Indah Water or just ignore it?

It does not cost a bomb. I believe the purchase of apartment trigger anything on the Indah Water side. You should have just notified them and start paying for service. If not, I believe the amount you have to pay will accumulate from the day you occupy the apartment. Just give a call and ask what is the procedure

Give them a call or email them. Can request that they email you the latest bill.
