I'm same age as u. Get RM3k++. But my company prioritizes work life balance. Find a company that appreciates u as a human being and u won't care about the salary. I'm fine with my RM3k++

Salary just one small part and what you can learn in your job is more important ..

That mean u don't have passion in your current job then I suggest u save some extra cash n prepare to change a better job that give u more passion and more carrier advancement

working hour flexible...as long reach 8 hour....come 8 back at 5...usually back at 6 to cover 1 hour surfing k/..feeling guilty to boss for slacking..hahaha

24..next year 25.. 4k-9k... 5years exp --> 19 work edi. 19 = rm650. same company till now
