Why youngster now days so impatient.
It's not about how much you earn la, it's your goal.
What are you trying to achieve? Are you building your career path right?

If you were you should work your ass off to get your first 80-100k (for your first property or business etc)

If u compare myself and yourself, you are far better than me lo.
I only get 2k salary at the age of 25 ^^,

24 - 18xx
25 - 20xx
26 - 23xx
27 - 5xxx
28 - 5xxx (as of 2016)

It's not much compared to other /k 20k.
But it's something that worth my effort.

I jumped ship and salary increased (from engineer -> team lead)
now 5xxx -> 54xx is currently a promotion of team lead -> O.Manager

Yea the salary seems to be low for a "Manager" position.
But it's a good chance for me to get used to it and learn.

you need to be aggressive + competitive.
Dont rant if salary low, what's important is how much you earn in the future build your career, your skillset and experience.

Yes you may fail to earn 20k per month haha but at least you wont be stuck in 3-4k range

Always tries climb as high as you can because when you fell, you always knew you wont be at rock bottom

Just like Dota 2, u want gold? Either farm like crazy in forest or go kill other enemy hero XD haha, no skill kill hero then go play safe farm lo.

Where got it's a local company.
Freshgrade engineer 1.4 - 1.8k (I was the max range dy ==")
I didnt jump to kacang putih comp, but instead >__> it's an black bean company (India) haha XD

Everything comes with a price in my case it's effort.
I force myself to learn a lot of things about management and analysis.
Well ==" i dont want retired as an "engineer" lol

Jump ship not for salary but for higher position, that's my method

Customers engineer la (aka local technician) not those "engineer lol" title fancy only.
