Taring, Fnatic and the rest of Tier 2 teams (Who2bet, panglima, sabun, TG gizmo, K2Apes, NJTL, Underminer, GTI cosplay, MalayAllstar, Redemption. seaking, Team dot, UDMN, Rape The Throne) are not allowed to participate.
