Be careful when using your RS premium through proxy or public wireless!

Your RS premium account user/password is send unencrypted via the cookie HTTP environment variable. You can confirm this yourself by checking your download manager http logs.

I used to download my series,movies etc at my computer lab....before my class, i manage to get 150+kb/s with 4 files downloaded at one time.Then i go for second time after my class...i only manage to get around 60kb/s...it happen to me since 4 month i used this premium account....does anyone experienced the same problem??are they any limitation in term of download speed??

maybe it was your lab that was overloaded with other students sucking all the bandwidth available perhaps

but it happens again and again

i have premium rapidshare acc but 1 download is about 10 kb per sec.. how can i boost it ???

use download manager like Internet Download Manager

did u all guys know that premium user is able to upload max 4GB for each file? dunno is it can be done thru rs.com or not..cause i there is an application that allowed for premium user to upload file up to 4GB each..

Rapidshare is currently doing some beta tests with selected users on the new 4GB upload n download feature. If you search on google for 'RS Manager" you should be able to find where to download the program and start uploading up to 4GB per file

It makes life easier...especially when downloading m0v135 n g4m35

you guys can always use megaupload, an interesting option indeed.. the only drawback of it is it requires the installation of its toolbar.. other than that, the waiting time is lesser than Rapidshare and easy-share, only 45 seconds if you have to download back to back .rar volumes.. *cough, cough*

the only problem is no-fuking-body wants 2 be middlemen 2 sell MU premium account here especially people like me got no credit card 2 buy one through paypal one more thing MU needs 2 wait 8 hours after d/l one file compare with RS 3 hours

agree, alot of ahem ahem also are in MU now, in need of an account now

MU account only got a few ppl sell because it hard to find the point generated account
but rapidshare point generated account you can find a lot people sell it dirty cheap

as far as i know, the hackers unable to track ur login and password thru ssl site (the Web address begins with "https://")..rapidshare is one of them and most online banking used this method..its oledi secured there..if u still worried ur login & pass sniff by somebody maybe u can try to use VPN..there is one site offer this for free (www.anchorfree.com)...
