i found out, the download speed is very much IP dependant.
118.100.XXX.XXX - good speed. I can get ave 160Kb/s 118.101.xxx.xxx - speed sux. not stable. max speed around 100Kb/s 64.53.XXX.XXX - good speed. stable. 160KB/s..but I cannot login MSN...stupid stimyx problem.. 124.13.XXX.XXX - The worst ip ever. When I see this..straight away reconnect my router..lol |
