Try using Orbit as Download Manager... 10 - 15 kbp/s download for Streamyx 1.0MB Unlimited Package  sure there is something wrong. and how many download at once you open? |

for hi-speed download, sure you must get a Premium Acc...
as FREE user solution, only dynamic IP to reset your connection, google 'reset rapidshare download'... and for hi-speed FREE user, its depends on your area and package~
