i using IDM it max only split 7 file for me. And the speed normal is around 23xkb 80% i get this speed

YES it does very strict. if u are not being cought for doing that, u are damn lucky.
but all i can say is,if u love ur acc, dont even try.
your account will get banned easily, especially if ur account are point generated account.

my advice,just play safe.

p.s: what i mean is using the acc in different places in a time

As a free account, i use to dl at 50-70kbps for 1mpbs user. Juz wan to ask whether could i get about 150kbps-170kbps if i buy a premium acc.

Otherwise, it is a waste for me to buy a premium acc if i could not fully utilise it. Thanks.

u can get at least 120kbps

I can get 50-70 without premium on 512 package...

it all depend on ur connection.
some people on 1mb got 190kbps while some get 90kbps.
its hard to say.
