My idea simple;

OMF = Pass
DMF = Destroyer
Wing Backs = Speed with chase or cross
Wingers = Speed with cross or shot
DFs = Chase, Destroyer, Tackle or Feed
(I dont see Aerial Duel useful, if not corners can be defended)
(I dont see many penalties so ground inteceptions better)
FW = ZLATAN
