ok just watched the video. the wobble wont affect anything. my ds lite wobbles too, but the hingle still stay strong (its been many years), my 3ds xl (i think at least 3-4 years wobbles too, still working strong)
Yes it's a known issue. And xtreme is right, to avoid hinge cracking which will definitely happen if the hinge is too tight.
It's not a problem, my new 3ds XL is working fine.
Just that it sometimes annoy me cause when I move, I can feel the movement also haha (i have a bit of an OCD-type behaviour where everything needs to be nice nice)

, so just trying to see if there are ways to fix it.
