Nola, concern only because if you intend to use man made diamonds to propose then better not. It may not be apparent when alone but when put side to side with a real one, it's going to stick out like a sore thumb.

I just cannot imagine the humiliation if your love ones is having afternoon tea with her friends when all of a sudden, one of the friends decided to talk about the diamond ring her boyfriend used to proposed to her only.

Anyway, if you want to look for a good one. There is a shop in First World Genting. It's a small department inside TANGS. You won't miss it.
