QUOTE(Vanguard 2015 @ Dec 18 2015, 11:20 PM) Eh, I went to Mid-Valley for the exhibition but didn't any power bank. Siapa curi saya punya? I got a lot of other freebies though. got to be kiasu a bit to get the powerbank, i think only have about 100 pieces or less available last year and there's already a long queue before the exhibition hall start to open ie around 830am need to queue but u're not missing much on the free powerbank, it's poor in quality and spoilt after using for few months. dunno whether this is true or not, but usually after we gave names to funds like ponzi fund or ponzi 2.0, they'll perform well for a short period of time and then the performance is muted for the next few quarters, hehe This post has been edited by repusez: Dec 19 2015, 05:43 PM

QUOTE(Muhammad Abdul Latif @ Feb 19 2016, 11:17 AM) Thanks. I have been going through these stuffs. Here is what I am aware of and I hope I am not mistaken: 1) EPF Investment can't switch from one fund house to another. I can only switch among different funds of the same fund house. 2) If I get the amount transferred to a bond/cash management fund then transfer monthly over few months to equity funds, I stand a better chance to DCA and minimise risk of lumpsum investement. Now the question is which fund house/funds would you recommend? My investment horizon is about 5 years. i think for EPF, you should be looking eastspring ,cimb, kenanga fund, becoz they no free switching and have several EPF approved fund , if you go for rhb fund which also has a lot of epf approve funds, you'll need to pay rm 25 per switch if u want syariah epf fund even less choice

lee sook yee is expecting volatility this year and negative on local economy, she's overweight on construction and infrastructure sectors
she's cautious about export counters especially in 2nd half of the year when rm recovers
she see oil bottoming out in 2nd half of the year
for asean region, she's overweight in indo and thailand. she does not believe a global recession to happen but expect a slower growing economy

How come nowadays the FSM Fund choice no longer have promo for their sales charges QUOTE(David83 @ Mar 2 2016, 10:34 AM) FSM Fund Choice: TA European Equity Fund [March 2016]CONCLUSION: Further easing by ECB could be a plus to the region’s economy as well as the European equities. Valuation has also become relatively more attractive at this juncture with the drawdown of the prices of European equities. While corporate earnings have been revised downward by analysts, we believe that the bearish sentiments may have overshoot and a possible upward revision to earnings is not to be ruled out. Should the earnings re-rating occurs, it will potentially lend support to the European equity market, providing a push for them to climb higher.
