NO, if you are easily be emotionally affected with the current volatility and does not have longer investment horizon.

current market condition is definitely on the volatile side. and yes, has been down alot. and also ringgit strength has been very volatile too. and sentiments are not the best right now.

best time or not, i think no one can answer but keep your eyes open and start slow.

but i actually do think best place is to start at home (KGF  ). my personal opinion.
volatility of the ringgit couple with asian/europe/US market is i think weighing on some of the forummers here, myself included.
